Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Advertising Clients:
- Maintain key client reporting (campaign specific), inclusive of Broadcast transmission reports for Rights Holders and broadcast distribution tracking.
- Co-ordinate, manage and communicate advertising content rotations, and ad inventory management.
- Work in tandem with channel operations and scheduling team regarding campaign creative delivery, campaign targets and monthly channel viewership data.
- Ensure on timely delivery of campaign POP (proof of play) management.
- Be the day-to-day point of contact for all advertising clients (agency and brand direct).
- Responsible for all client contracting/invoice management - working in tandem with Finance and Legal
- Responsible for ensuring all sales & pipeline lead information is up to date across internal CRM systems – working in tandem with commercial team and central IMG Global Partnerships Sales Operation team
- Provide ongoing pipeline analysis to lead Commercial team when requested
- Work with relevant Sport 24 teams to compile campaign & commercial decks for advertising clients.
Distribution Clients:
- Gather and consolidate passenger viewership & content performance data from airlines, cruise lines & Original Equipment Manufacturers.
- Manage and maintain data insights dashboard to inform decisions for Operations, Brand Partnerships, Commercial & Marketing teams.
- Compile monthly partner reports on performance of Sport 24 & Sport 24 Extra.
- Through close relationships and regular contact with partners, gather intel relating to the IFE market and provide valuable partner insights to help inform commercial strategy.
- Be the first point of contact with broadcast partners (airlines & cruise lines) & rights holders, to start onboarding process. Maintain regular contact and nurture partner relationships to ensure customer success and respond to any ad-hoc requests.
- Organise calls, workshops & gather feedback from partners at regular Intervals throughout the year (from onboarding to renewals) to share with the Sport 24 team.
- Maintain regular contact and nurture partner relationships to ensure customer success and respond to any ad-hoc requests.
- Align closely with Operations, Marketing & Commercial team to streamline partner servicing.
- Manage & maintain database including all key partner information including; contract terms, channel information, technical requirements, deliverables and any important updates.
Rights Holders:
- Organise Sport 24 x [RH] workshops pre-renewals, pre-event & post tournament for the Commercial, Operations, Brand Partnerships & Marketing teams
- Compile post-campaign reports with insights from above teams.
Knowledge and Experience
- Direct experience in client management, media or entertainment, and/or advertising agencies
- The successful candidate must have an established record of success managing projects, building relationships and getting results.
- A proactive, diligent and organized working style.
- Project management, research and/or agency experience preferred.
- Experience of working with International & Domestic Account Management & Marketing teams.
- Significant experience in building and maintaining key customer relationships
- Knowledge of broadcast media, sport, advertising and familiarity with travel / lifestyle and emerging digital / OOH media platforms preferred.

- Decisive individual with exceptional communication and client relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and qualities to support profitability, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of sales targets
