A little bit about our team:
A sense of shared ownership is key to our success, you'll help our team understand the what, the how and why, and find ways to create a brilliant experience for all of Songkick partners. You’ll be working with the Product, Tech & Marketing teams to reflect partner needs and shape the future of the ecosystem.
We are a data driven team, and you'll bring the same mentality to our ticketing deals and marketing business: modelling opportunities, ensuring we have actionable reporting, and setting metrics for Songkick's and our partners' success.
Your role:
We have an exciting mission at Songkick, in this role you'll help execute the company's strategy, reporting to the Senior Director, Business Development. Day-to-day, you’ll be at the centre of what makes the Songkick ecosystem work - delivering a high quality event discovery service for fans and artists. This isn't just incremental; you'll develop creative, value-building and industry-changing opportunities, working closely with our diverse, talented, music-loving team.
Here you’ll get to:
- Manage our global portfolio of ticketing partnerships
- Working with artist teams to ensure Songkick supports their touring goals, understand their challenges and present solutions for hitting metrics that move the dial
- Work with finance & data analytics teams to ensure timely reporting of revenue from key accounts as well as support forecasting and invoicing.
- Analyse sales, traffic and demographic information available to assess and optimize opportunities, with an eye toward growth
- Support BD team with insight in the sales stage and facilitate a seamless client introduction to Songkick at the outset of the campaign
About you:
- 3-4 years experience of account management working with Ticketing / Talent Agency / Promoter / Venue / Music technology companies in North America, driving client retention and fostering meaningful client relationships
- College Degree preferred
- Demonstrable cross-border knowledge of the live music sector, you know the players internationally as well as the US
- Excellent communication skills with great attention to detail & a resourceful attitude, you are able to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and successfully
- Proven experience of working in a dynamic, ever-changing, environment with a track record of results and a collaborative mindset
- You can communicate cross-functionally to influence outcomes, you’re not scared to throw yourself into new projects or come up with new ideas
- Analytically minded and a spreadsheet power user, with experience using Excel/ Google Sheets or BI tools like Looker or Tableau
- A demonstrated track record of self-motivated performance and perseverance – you take the initiative and stay motivated for the long term

Salary Range
$66,560 - $68,000 Annually
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
