Requirements
- 2+ years as an Account Manager or Account Executive in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through expansion, renewals, and product adoption.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota and key performance targets.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers at every level.
- Effective storyteller — comfortable creating polished, customer-facing materials like onboarding guides, QBRs, and success plans.
- Data-driven approach to managing your book, tracking product usage, health scores, engagement, and retention to inform how you prioritize and act.

- Competitive Compensation: The expected total compensation (OTE) for this position in New York City is between USD $100,000 - $140,000 commensurate with experience.
