Our client is a technology company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

  • Assist in receiving and clarifying client briefs; contribute to proposal development and quotation preparation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Production, Media, Operations) and external partners (KOLs/KOCs, talent agencies) to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and campaign milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Support budget management, track expenses, and assist in preparing financial reports.
  • Prepare meeting materials, campaign reports, and post-campaign performance summaries.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and influencers.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and escalate to Account Manager when necessary.


Requirements
  • 4–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Service, or Digital Marketing (agency background preferred).
  • Experience or strong interest in Influencer Marketing/KOL campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good presentation and proposal-writing skills are a plus.
  • Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn.
  • Strong teamwork mindset and clear communication skills.
