As an Account Manager & SDR, here’s how you’ll make an impact every day:
- Be the go-to person. You’ll manage 4–5 projects as main point of contact, ensuring smooth execution
- Juggle multiple campaigns. Each month, you’ll oversee 3–4 campaign launches per project - so your knack for crafting compelling copy and building templates will really shine.
- Keep everyone in the loop. You’ll handle client communications, from leading weekly calls to sending out clear email recaps and sharing updates with your team.
- Lead your crew. You’ll guide the Research Team and teammates on your projects, to complete tasks on time.
- Manage big numbers. With 2,000–3,000 contact imports per project each month, you’ll keep your eye on the goal: booking 5 appointments per project—and you’ll be a pro at handling multiple mailboxes and responses.
- Shape strategy. You’ll brainstorm new ideas, refine tactics, and work with the team to keep projects on schedule.
- Stay on top of the details. From generating weekly reports to updating the CRM and spreadsheets, you’ll make sure all the data is accurate and every tool is put to good use.
You’ll absolutely shine in this role if you:
- Speak fluent English (C1/C2) - clear communication is your superpower;
- Bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in Lead Generation (campaigns, templates, appointment booking, ICP targeting);
- Have 1+ year client-facing experience - managing day-to-day conversations, execution, and strategy like a pro;
- Thrive in fast-paced, startup-like environments - you stay organized, disciplined, and ready to step up as a leader when things get busy;
- Have led projects or small teams, keeping tasks and people on track;
- Know what it’s like to tackle tough campaigns in competitive industries—when KPIs are low, you dig deeper, think critically, and uncover fresh insights to fine-tune your approach.
