About the Opportunity:
Are you a natural relationship‑builder with strong commercial instincts? Reporting to the Manager of Regional Sales, you will be the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients across both the public and private sectors. In this role, you’ll nurture relationships, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth within your assigned territory. You’ll generate new business and expand existing accounts through proactive outreach, product demonstrations, and participation in industry events. Your ability to understand client needs and position Transoft Solutions’ products effectively will be key to your success.
NOTE: This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work a minimum of 2 days per week in our Novi Sad office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets within the territory (Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, and Montenegro).
- Execute structured daily sales activities, including prospecting, appointment setting, and lead follow‑
- Generate new business through proactive outreach, after‑sales follow‑ups, cold calling, research, networking, and email campaigns.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, both remotely and on‑site, highlighting functional and technical capabilities.
- Understand customer technical requirements and align them with appropriate software solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including targeting prospects, identifying needs, handling objections, preparing quotations, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Build, maintain, and grow long‑term customer relationships through regular communication and account management.
- Manage and support relationships with Transoft Sales Partners within the territory.
- Maintain accurate prospect, pipeline, and customer data in the CRM system.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Monitor sales performance through KPIs, provide accurate forecasts, and prepare sales reports for management.
- Represent Transoft at trade shows, conferences, partner events, and regional meetings.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical, Finance, Operations, and other internal teams to support customer success.
About You:
- You have a degree in Engineering, Technical, or a related discipline.
- You have 1–3 years’ experience in sales, sales support, or a customer‑facing commercial role.
- You have a strong understanding of engineering principles, CAD software, and engineering workflows; experience with Plateia, Ferrovia, Aquaterra, or similar solutions is highly desirable.
- You are comfortable learning, presenting, and demonstrating technical software to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- You have a proven ability to translate customer needs into effective technical and commercial solutions.
- You have experience using CRM systems with a disciplined, hands‑on approach.
- You have a background in the engineering or infrastructure sector is an advantage.
- You have strong relationship‑building, networking, and negotiation skills.
- You are highly organised, self‑motivated, and results‑driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- You are a confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You have a willingness to travel as required.
