Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow sales and profitability in the territory of responsibility.
  • Identify and satisfied customers needs and provide value-added solutions so that new business can be gained or lost ones recovered.
  • Develop and maintain solid relationship with various decision makers of existing and potential customers.
  • Provide technical service, including trouble-shouting and application training, on-site to customers.
  • Support customers in trials, orders, and daily uses of HB Fuller products.
  • Provide accurate forecast of customer demand on different products to operations on time.
  • Collect all payments when they’re due; Help financial dept. to control credits to customers so that no bad debts occur.
  • Work with other machine/applicator/raw material suppliers to identify new opportunities and capture them.
  • Others as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is necessary.
  • At least 5 years working experience with chemical、Woodworking or Woodworking machine or material market field.
  • Proven track record of delivering aggressive sales growth targets.
  • Strong ability to grow sales revenue and to manage accounts receivable.
  • Strong drive to excel.
  • Value selling mind set.
  • English reading & Writing skill is plus
