As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our restaurant and retail partners — nurturing relationships, driving performance, and ensuring every brand on Snoonu is set up for success. - Own and manage a portfolio of restaurant, retail, and service partners on the Snoonu platform
- Build strong, long-term relationships with partners and serve as their primary point of contact for all platform-related matters
- Monitor partner performance metrics (orders, GMV, ratings) and proactively identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with partners to plan promotions, campaigns, and menu updates that drive sales
- Resolve partner issues, escalations, and operational challenges quickly and professionally
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to align on targets and growth plans
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure partner success on the platform

- [2–4 years of experience in account management, partner success, or client relationship roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to managing partners
- Data-driven mindset,comfortable analyzing performance metrics and translating them into actionable recommendations
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage a large portfolio of accounts simultaneously
- Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken
