Your Career Opportunity

In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll report to the Director, Global Mobility Partnerships and work remotely on a full-time basis.

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing and growing strategic B2B client relationships. You will be responsible for driving commercial success by expanding client partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customers achieve long-term value from our solutions.

Drive sustainable account growth by increasing client engagement, expanding revenue opportunities, and ensuring strong retention through effective relationship management and strategic account planning.

You Will:

  • Own and achieve sales targets by driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and new opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to grow key relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM activity while providing accurate reporting and insights to support business growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, loyalty, and successful contract renewals.
  • Lead compelling sales presentations, negotiations, and commercial conversations to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes and drive team success.

What You'll Offer

  • 5+ years of sales experience with a track record of achieving targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions.
  • A strategic and consultative approach to account management, including experience developing account plans and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools, along with advanced English.
