What You'll Do
We are looking to add a Site Lead to support our Mississippi team!
- Site lead for District to ensure treatment chemicals and equipment are used effectively, economically and safely at accounts within the District
- Lead the local site team with the design and implementation of treatment programs
- Communicates with sales management and customer of activity within the account
- Assists with growth opportunities within existing customers and prospects.
- Identifies and implements Value delivery projects, troubleshooting skills,
- Routine service visits and testing as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs, generate reports after each service visit and distribute as required
- Assists with technical issues at customer sites, brings any issues to the customers attention and puts together a plan for corrective action – ensures the sales account manager is kept informed
- Look for growth opportunities at existing customers and assist with growth opportunities at prospect accounts as required
- Ensures customer personnel receive the required training to monitor and apply treatment chemistry used at their facility
- Analyze data and ensure program performance using KPIs
- Conduct mid year and annual reviews at customer sites
- Report safety metrics to customer
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree; or 5+ years relevant industrial experience
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Advanced mechanical and electrical aptitude and skills
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 pounds
