What You'll Do

We are looking to add a Site Lead to support our Mississippi team!

  • Site lead for District to ensure treatment chemicals and equipment are used effectively, economically and safely at accounts within the District
  • Lead the local site team with the design and implementation of treatment programs
  • Communicates with sales management and customer of activity within the account
  • Assists with growth opportunities within existing customers and prospects.
  • Identifies and implements Value delivery projects, troubleshooting skills,
  • Routine service visits and testing as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs, generate reports after each service visit and distribute as required
  • Assists with technical issues at customer sites, brings any issues to the customers attention and puts together a plan for corrective action – ensures the sales account manager is kept informed 
  • Look for growth opportunities at existing customers and assist with growth opportunities at prospect accounts as required
  • Ensures customer personnel receive the required training to monitor and apply treatment chemistry used at their facility
  • Analyze data and ensure program performance using KPIs
  • Conduct mid year and annual reviews at customer sites
  • Report safety metrics to customer

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree; or 5+ years relevant industrial experience
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Advanced mechanical and electrical aptitude and skills
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 pounds
  • Problem solver

  • Good communication skills both written and oral
