Genius Marketing Suite 

Genius Marketing Suite enables brands, sponsors, sportsbooks, leagues, and teams, to meet those needs and power every stage of their fan marketing journey.

The suite of products combines a sports-centric media buying service, that provides marketing teams access to millions of fans worldwide, with a dynamic creative solution that makes it easy to design, automate and distribute personalized video and display adverts at scale. In addition, the platform features a full set of interactive digital engagement tools, that help brands establish long-term relationships with fans. This role sits under the social creative solution division.

 The Role

As a Programmatic Account Manager, you will be responsible for building out custom digital advertising campaigns within the rapidly growing Digital Marketing division. To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate a broad understanding of the programmatic marketing industry and have previous experience of Demand Side Platforms. Ideally, you will have exceptional client management experience or at least be looking for this as the next step in your career.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be hands-on and involved in every aspect of account management from supporting sales pitches, through onboarding campaigns, and monitoring their progress. You will work closely with our Trading Teams located in Colombia and Estonia explaining strategies and results to clients. You will also collaborate with other Commercial team members based in the US and around the world on new product pitch strategies and cross-selling opportunities.

The right candidate will be smart, professional, a first-class communicator, diplomatic and good at problem solving. You will have proven customer service skills, demonstrable leadership ability and be able to work on your own initiative.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ownership of Tier 1 Accounts
    • Oversee and implement client strategy across their range of products and brands
    • Forecasting spend and revenue for each of their client accounts.
    • Ultimately are responsible for securing client retention and driving adoption growth.
  • Mapped to the middle tier decision makers and technical buyers at Tier 1 organizations.
  • Working alongside the Head of Account Management, VP of Client Growth & Head of Media Sales for NA for Discovery of Upsell and any Cross Sell opportunities.

Other Core Responsibilities

  • Contribute in conjunction with Account Management & Sales for strong POVs around Genius Marketing Suite products and industry topics and working with respective individuals on CS leadership team.

 Required Skills

  • 3 years+ experience in Digital media, with a focus on programmatic demand side platforms
  • Proven success in managing a customer portfolio and exceeding client expectations.
  • Experience working in a Commercial and/or Business Development capability
  • Experience with Demand Side Platforms and Ad Serving technologies is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Strong analytical skills and uncompromising attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly prioritize work in a proactive manner and remain flexible in a changing environment.
  • Has a network of local digital media contacts in the region.
  • A keen interest in digital media and ad tech.

The salary for this role is based on an annualized salary of up to $80,000 to $100,000 per annum plus commission. This role will also be eligible to take part in Genius Sports Group's benefits plan.
