Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Sales Manager, the Account Manager Poland is dedicated to specific Customer accounts and is responsible for directing and executing Sales plans to achieve Customer satisfaction and sales target. The Account Manager will be developing client relationship management strategies, establishing strong client relationships, and suggesting innovative solutions to exceed client needs.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all ID locations, all end user locations and direct OEMs in a defined geographic territory ensuring consistent revenue, growth and strategic alignment with overall business objectives
  • Manages the distributor channel by facilitating communication among distributor, referred OEM’s, end users, RRX Industry teams and Divisions.
  • Collaborates successfully in a team selling environment with Strategic Industry, Division Commercial teams and Inside Sales
  • Drive Regal Rexnord brand preference and specification at the point of customer influence, whether the Distributor, Referred OEM, OEM or End User
  • Execute the following disciplined selling processes to attain quota: 1) Purposeful account planning, 2) Time and territory management, and 3) Funnel opportunity management/CRM proficiency 4) Value added solution selling
  • Maximize new business and marketing opportunities
  • Leverage Regal Rexnord’s ease of doing business tools to enhance customer experience

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a solutions-selling environment in B2B industry dealing with OEM, End-Users and Distributors. Industrial manufacturing or powertrain industry experience preferred and BA/BS Industrial Technologies/Mech. Eng./Industrial Distribution or related field
  • Be technically competent in the knowledge and application of all Regal Rexnord products in served markets.  Engage proficient technical support as required.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of CRM and BI Tools
  • Passion to drive Continuous Improvement through 80/20 principles
  • You understand there are many moving parts in an organization and must be able to successfully navigate in Regal Rexnord matrix organization. Understanding and implementing strategies for sustaining profitable growth, are key to staying ahead of the competition. You analyze the market and think beyond the short-term.
