About this team:
The DV+ Platform team serves as the strategic backbone for Magnite’s premium DV+ publishers, acting as dedicated partners to ensure their long-term success and growth within our ecosystem. We focus on building deep, consultative relationships, blending operational excellence with market insights to help our partners maximize their revenue and scale their businesses. By bridging the gap between complex ad technology and publisher goals, we play a critical role in driving the evolution of the open internet. The Account Manager, DV+ Platform oversees a portfolio of strategic publishers on the DV+ platform.
In this role you will:
Own and grow strategic publisher relationships, building strong partnerships with key decision-makers and ensuring high levels of publisher satisfaction and retention
Drive publisher growth by identifying strategic opportunities, tracking key performance indicators and delivering against quarterly and annual revenue targets
Develop a deep understanding of each publisher’s business, inventory and objectives, using data, reporting and market insights to provide actionable recommendations that improve performance and unlock incremental revenue
Become a trusted expert across Magnite’s products, tools and solutions, translating publisher needs into the most relevant commercial and technical opportunities
Partner closely with internal Commercial, Product, Technical and Operations teams to manage publisher priorities, integrations, optimisations, brand safety and strategic initiatives from identification through execution
Lead strategic client engagements, including business reviews and ongoing performance discussions, bringing a strong understanding of the AdTech ecosystem, regional market dynamics and emerging opportunities
We’re looking for someone with:
2 to 4 years of adtech / publisher / advertising sales / consulting / ad agency experience
Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Analytics Platform/Data Evaluation experience
Solid experience within the online advertising space
Programmatic advertising experience
Knowledge of RTB, PMP, Header Bidding/Wrapper, SDK and various ad formats/and platforms
Experience with web applications, web forms and web server - ideally HTML or JavaScript
High level of integrity, excellent presentation, organizational and communication skills
A proven track record delivering on and exceeding revenue goals from multiple accounts
Strong active listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex products, services, and deal structures
Exhibit a sense of intellectual curiosity that leads to actionable insights that benefit your accounts.
Have the ability to balance competing dynamics in a fast-paced and complex environment.
Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
