RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Partner Support Executive is responsible for supporting new and existing integrated software partners and providing specialized support for internal sales representatives and other high profile internal and external customers.

Excel in service by listening to understand, seeking to determine the root cause, anticipating needs, and determining a course of action to resolve matters

Responsible for the financial reporting for Canadian Partners and Residuals

Performs phone, webinar, and/or onsite training for sales partners on support tools
-
Responsible for the configuration, and internal setups for newly integrating partners, e.g. integrations team, merchant settlement, and FOB (First on Board) application team

Analyzes and researches/resolves account issues, specifically regarding account reconciliation, equipment, gateway, integration, troubleshooting, and refund requests
-
Provide a superior level of technical assistance to valued partner with an immediate resolution including front-end host setup validation, collecting migration data.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: (Required)

Educations: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience: 3 years in Payments industry

Microsoft office product experience, intermediate/functional
-
Must be 18 years or older
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Desired but not required)

Salesforce CRM experience
-
Exudes a “Customer first” attitude for both clients and sales partners

Outstanding communication skills both written and oral
