How you’ll make an impact


Xero’s Partner Channel is exciting and we work in Partnership with Accountants to help them and their small business clients to become more successful. We do this by using Xero’s products and services to free up time and gain greater insight into their financial situation. 


As an Account Manager - Partner Success you will be working with our Partners who have a majority of their clients on Xero, and you will be responsible for facilitating growth through education, strategy and guidance. This will include challenging their thinking while helping them understand how to get the most out of core Xero, the value of the Xero Ecosystem and how to successfully embed and use the Xero Practice Tools where applicable. While building a partner community with our most forward thinking firms.


What you’ll do


The best thing about being an AM at Xero is that every day is different and we work at a fantastic pace. You will spend most of your time speaking to and meeting online with Partners to understand their businesses and positioning how Xero can work with them more closely. The Partners you will be working with should receive exceptional relationship management and you will present with expertise how they can benefit from deeper adoption of all of Xero’s products, creating a community of advocates within your territory.


What you’ll bring with you


As a sales professional you will have enjoyed success in a B2B business development or account management role in a fast paced sales environment. You will also need to have an interest and intrigue in the emerging online accounting market and a good understanding of Xero’s Products, support model and Ecosystem.


Beyond that, we are looking for someone who will live to our values and buy into the culture in our close-knit team. This means:

● Being open to feedback and willing to reach out to your manager and colleagues for help
