You will be the strategic bridge between our high-growth clients and the execution team. Your goal isn't just to "run ads," but to own the P&L of ad investments, ensuring that every rupee spent translates into sustainable revenue for Founders and CMOs.
Core ResponsibilitiesStrategic Client Partnership: Act as the primary consultant for Founders and CMOs; lead weekly reviews and translate complex data into business-growth stories.
P&L & Performance Ownership: Directly responsible for hitting CAC, ROAS, and Payback targets across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
Scaling Roadmaps: Work with the Senior Strategist to design and execute budget expansion plans, creative audits, and funnel optimizations.
Team Leadership: Oversee daily execution by the internal team, ensuring task quality and mentoring junior media buyers.
Process Excellence: Build SOPs and dashboards to ensure data hygiene and seamless reporting.
Experience: 4–7 years in Performance Marketing (Agency experience preferred).
Scale: Proven track record of managing ₹50L–₹2Cr+ in monthly spends.
Technical Depth: Hands-on mastery of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4.
Communication: Comfortable leading high-stakes calls with C-suite stakeholders.
Stability & Track Record: * Minimum 1.5 years tenure in your current/previous role.
Zero career gaps in your professional history.
No significant freelancing in the last 2 years.
Primary: Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube).
Analytical: GA4, Mixpanel, Looker Studio, Supermetrics.
Management: Slack, Asana/ClickUp.
This is not a "back-end" execution role. You will have a seat at the table with business owners, managing massive portfolios while building the systems that define the future of the agency.
