We're hiring for an Account Manager to focus on managing and growing a range of brand partners in the Online Affiliates Team.

As an Account Manager on the Online Affiliates Team at ShopBack, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key affiliate partners. Your role will involve optimizing affiliate campaigns, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless communication between partners and internal teams.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to drive engagement and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Handle day-to-day communication with affiliates, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Regularly attend industry events and networking events.

Essentials to Succeed

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in affiliate marketing or e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
