All Response Media (ARM) is searching for an ambitious Offline Account Manager ready to level up. If AV‑led strategy gets you fired up, fast‑paced agencies feel like home, and you’re hungry for real career progression, this is your moment.
Based in our London team, you’ll be right at the heart of the action, partnering closely with Account Directors and Business Directors to plan, activate and deliver standout, AV‑led campaigns across Linear TV, BVOD, CTV, OOH, Print, Radio, Podcasts and Audio.

💡 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own the delivery and performance of high impact multi‑channel campaigns across TV, BVOD, CTV, Radio, OOH, Print and Audio. Your day will include:
Confident using industry tools (TechEdge, MediaOcean, YouGov, AdIntel, TGI, BARB etc.) to uncover insight and drive optimisation.
Build strong media owner partnerships
Handle campaign finances with precision, covering billing, invoicing and reconciliation
Mentor and develop junior team members, building a strong, collaborative, high‑performing culture
Lead planning & buying across Offline (DRTV, Radio, OOH, Print)
Own client relationships, confidently presenting plans, insights and results
Deliver campaigns end‑to‑end: on time, on budget, spot on
Analyse, optimise and turn data into clear performance; delivering clear, actionable insights & recommendations.
🚀 What You’ll Bring
Analytical, organised, commercially minded, with solid Excel skills.
Proactive, ready to take ownership and “hit the ground running.”
3+ yrs’ media agency experience, including DRTV planning and buying.
Strong understanding of TV/BVOD/CTV planning, reporting and optimisation.
Excellent communication skills: written and verbal - confident leading client meetings and presentations.

Skills Required
