$40,000 to $45,000 salary based on experience.
The selected candidate will be tasked with the following organizational accountabilities:
- Customer Service - work with our builders, superintendents and possibly customers. Mostly over the phone or by email.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of our customer needs and requirements
- Acquire a thorough understanding of the different builders and blue prints of houses being built
- Ensure the correct product and services are delivered
- Able to enter as least 8 orders per day to ensure we are sending product in a timely manner
- Able to work in a team environment
- Have a positive attitude while at work
Skills/Qualifications:
- Have earned a minimum of a Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Customer Service
- Basic computer skills - worked with Microsoft products
