In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to developers - helping them maximise visibility, understand performance and generate high-quality leads. It’s a fast-paced, commercial environment where you can directly impact partner success and revenue growth.

Role Overview

This is a field-based sales role suited to a commercially driven individual who thrives on winning new business, growing accounts and delivering results. Success comes from building strong face-to-face relationships, identifying opportunities and helping partners get maximum value from their investment with Rightmove.

You’ll manage your own territory with a high degree of autonomy, balancing new business, account growth and pipeline management while maintaining strong organisation and follow-through.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain strong, in-person relationships with customers across your territory
  • Win new business through proactive prospecting, networking and referrals
  • Identify and convert upsell and growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline creation through to negotiation and close
  • Use market insight and performance data to influence and guide customer decisions
  • Manage your territory effectively, prioritising activity to drive revenue and engagement
  • Ensure customers clearly see value from their investment through regular engagement and data-led insights
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and CRM, progressing opportunities with pace and discipline
  • Deliver against revenue, retention and activity targets while maintaining a strong customer experience
Who You Are
  • Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of winning and growing accounts
  • Comfortable working in a field-based role, building relationships face-to-face
  • Commercially focused, with the ability to use data to shape customer conversations
  • Resilient and results-driven, with strong ownership and accountability
  • Highly organised, able to manage a large territory and multiple priorities
  • Confident influencing stakeholders and constructively challenging thinking
  • Proactive, self-motivated and driven to exceed targets
