The Role:
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our company for a 100% remote position. The Account Manager will support our portfolio of media clients and be responsible for managing content & marketing campaigns across both brand and publisher teams. The ideal candidate has direct client service experience and a proven track record managing large-performance marketing campaigns.
What You'll Do:
- Account Execution: Acts as the main point of contact for sold content campaigns, managing day to day tasks to ensure program success and positive client relationships. Proactively identifies and removes any roadblocks that prevent goals from being met.
- Project Management: Manages the full lifecycle of content campaigns. This would include owning the agenda for kick off calls, managing all client and partner deliverables, setting and meeting deadlines, communicating progress across all stakeholders, and ensuring a successful launch.
- Campaign Optimization: While campaign launch will be the Account Manager’s responsibility, post launch responsibilities include monitoring reporting and utilizing metrics to optimize active campaigns with publisher clients, ensuring accountability for performance and maximizing overall results.
What You'll Bring:
- 3-5 years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience
- Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing and Networks (ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, Rakuten, etc.)
- Knowledge of basic media buying on social and programmatic platforms & whitelisting SOPs
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced Excel/ sheet capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc.
- Has successfully worked in a client-facing role

Compensation:
Our overall compensation and rewards package includes base pay, bonus or commission, and a variety of benefits. Base pay is determined within a range that allows you the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The anticipated annualized salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000. (this range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions). Your initial base pay will be determined based on several factors, including demonstrated skills, relevant education or training, experience, qualifications, travel requirements, and job location.
