We are seeking for a Account Manager – McAfee who will be driving and improving vendor sales whilst meeting the vendor and company objectives and targets.
What will you do?
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and provide ongoing customer support.
- Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet client needs.
- Prepare reports and track account growth.
Which Talent do you bring?
- 1+ year in account management or customer success (preferably in tech or cybersecurity).
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability and a customer-focused attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
