- Bachelor’s Degree (Science, engineering, or other technical degree).
- Would consider experience in lieu of a technical degree. Several years of industry experience (pulp and paper or water treatment preferred)
- Experience selling chemicals in the pulp and paper industry or other significant paper industry experience.
- Drive for results and continuous improvement of safety and chemical programs,
- Experience working with multi levels in an organization to achieve results
- Good communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- Ability to document and present product and service value to the customer

The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,730.00 and $118,404.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Paper preferred)
- Operational/integration pulp mill experience
- Team leadership and management of account representatives, support engineers, and technicians
