The Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager to lead and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, working closely with clients and internal creative, media, and production teams.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on delivering high-quality campaigns with precision and impact. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating campaign execution, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from brief to delivery.
The ideal candidate is someone who is organised, confident, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, proactive communication
- Building strong relationships and maintaining trust through consistent delivery
Campaign Delivery
- Managing end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Translating client briefs into clear internal direction across creative, media, and production teams
- Ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met to a high standard
Influencer & Activations
- Planning and executing influencer collaborations, from sourcing to reporting
- Overseeing event and brand activation planning, coordination, and on-ground execution
Reporting & Growth
- Tracking campaign performance and providing clear reporting with actionable insights
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen long-term partnerships
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects without losing attention to detail
- Confident working with both clients and internal teams
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Good to Have
- Experience with influencer marketing and/or events
- Familiarity with integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in account management, marketing, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and campaign execution
- Based in Malta (this role may require occasional in-person collaboration with the team)
- Fluent in English
