YOUR MISSION

Glovo is looking for a talented and ambitious Account Manager to join our Partners & Brands department. We are looking for someone who wants to take on a challenging experience, has a tremendous eagerness to learn and grow professionally, and wants to help us contribute to building a product that will disrupt the On-Demand delivery market! 

THE JOURNEY

  • Develop and manage partner relationships. 
  • Onboard new partners on our platform by providing them with all the necessary tools and information to start working.
  • Prepare and organize promotional campaigns with our Partners to drive their growth within the app.
  • Manage the operational performance of your portfolio and monitor Partners’ metrics to ensure the best user experience.
  • Gather all the insights from our Partners to create an amazing experience for them and our customers, and tackle problems to raise the bar.
  • Provide Partner support when need be and report their results.
  • Get feedback from our stores and translate it into product improvement.
  • Maintain a good relationship between Glovo and our Partners.
  • Analyze and track key account metrics.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop, and make a difference

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Up to 1 year of work experience in a sales or marketing field (preferred).
  • You love to build and maintain relationships with clients, but also approach them with a data-driven perspective. 
  • Proactivity, organization, and obsession with details.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, Excel.
  • Proficiency in Polish and English
