CVP proposal targeting large pharmaceutical companies in the area related to the integrated procurement system solution tasks and Expansion of new markets in the region and identification of opportunity factors.
As Account Manager, you will collaborate with a group of professionals and play a pivotal role in driving our business forward and making a positive impact in the academic and industrial analysis communities.
Responsibilities:
We Identify new customers and new projects to meet their needs and provide appropriate consulting and technology solution!
Successfully implement analytical methodology and strategy to discover causative relationships.
Analyze the trends and technological changes in the Bio-Market and collaboration with relevant department to implement successful strategy!
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal division or teams to compete effectively.
Provide ongoing support and handle customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and dedication.
Stay on top of the state-of-the-art technology & analysis trends and provide actionable information in performing technical collaboration projects and work with customers.
We Build continuous relationship with customers and provide training and guidance on new technologies.
We propose and implement comprehensive purchasing solutions in collaboration with major Bio-pharmaceutical companies to drive sales growth.
We build and maintain relationships with the procurement teams and decision-makers of target accounts and management the overall sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract and execution.
We work with internal teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements and market trends.
We develop strategic Total Value Proposition (TVP) initiatives focusing on key accounts and major pharmaceutical companies.
Required Experience and Skills:
At least 3+ years of practical experience in commercial field
Strong track record in sales and construction of purchasing system.
Solution Selling & Consultative Sales. Business Development & Market Expansion. Customer Needs Analysis and Sales Technical Proposal.
Ability to manage complex sales processes and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, problem solving ability and relationship management skills.
Ability to execute proposal-based solution selling with a focus on converting competitor products to in-house solutions.
More than Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
