Position Summary

The Sales Representative will communicate product features and benefits to customers, build relationships with doctors and distributors, and work to increase market share within the assigned area.

Essential Job Functions

  • Coordinates the development and execution of the Sales Plan: Assists in the creation and implementation of sales strategies, ensuring they align with company goals.
  • Facilitates the smooth execution of plans in the assigned area and promptly revises plans if issues arise: Assists in ensuring seamless execution of sales plans and helps address any issues that may arise.
  • Leads by example, positively influencing both the assigned area and the entire team through words and actions: Assists in creating a positive work environment by demonstrating professionalism and dedication in daily tasks. Supports team collaboration, provides constructive feedback, and helps celebrate team successes.
  • Proposes solutions to address customer concerns: Assists in identifying and implementing effective solutions to resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction.
  • Plans and implements company-directed events in their assigned area, taking proactive actions to ensure success: Assists in organizing and executing company events, taking proactive measures to support their success
  • Implements new policies to improve efficiency: Assists in developing and enforcing new policies aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitors sales metrics and reports on progress to senior management: Helps track key sales metrics and provides reports on progress and performance.
  • Creates customized sales presentations to effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product to potential clients: Assists in developing tailored sales presentations to highlight product features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Travels within the assigned sales territory to meet with potential and existing clients: Travels within the sales territory to engage with potential and existing clients.
  • Supports clients by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly: Provides client support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets: Supports achieving sales targets by working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong/working/flexible knowledge of our products: Develops and maintains a strong understanding of our products, continuously improving product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the field of cardiovascular surgery: Gains expertise in cardiovascular surgery through self-study, surgical observation, and interviews.
  • Proficient in relevant skills and knowledge: Aims to enhance relevant skills and knowledge to achieve a high level of proficiency as a sales representative for cardiovascular surgery products

Experience

  • Consistently achieves stable sales numbers: Works toward achieving stable sales numbers through dedicated efforts.
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual is preferred: Shows initiative and self-motivation in daily tasks.
  • A driver's license is required: Must possess a valid driver's license
