Partoo is a B2B SaaS scale-up who is committed to helping local businesses, large companies or SMEs to get closer to their customers. To do this, they have developed an all-in-one platform and different solutions that revolve around 3 value propositions: Get Found, Get Chosen and Get Clients.

Through these 3 propositions, they have developed several products that adapt to changes in the customer purchasing journey:

🔎 Get Found
Presence: Synchronize store information on main platforms (Google, Facebook, Waze, etc.), directories and GPS.
Store Locator: Help customers find the store that’s right for them with up-to-date local data and dedicated filters on retailer websites.
Social Media: Manage posts on Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.

🎯 Get Chosen
Review: Centralize, reply to and analyse customer reviews received on Google and Facebook.
Booster: Get additional positive reviews on Google through SMS and QR codes.

Messages: Centralize and reply to all chat messages received via Google Business Messages, Messenger and soon also via Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.

💥 ROLE & IMPACT

At Partoo, we have two types of clients: the Enterprises, business that have more than 20 point of sales and the SMB's (Small & Medium businesses).

The SMBs division was created in 2020 and since then we've been working with more than 6,000 business across 5 countries, with a customer satisfaction rating of 4.9/5 and more than 850 reviews on our Google page!

At Partoo, we’re on a mission to help businesses get closer to their customers — and we’re looking for our next Account Manager Intern to support our growing client base in the Italian SMB market!

This internship isn’t just about assisting with account management — it’s about learning how to build trust, grow relationships, and make every client feel special (even when you’re helping manage hundreds 😉).

💼 What will you be doing?

As an Account Manager Intern, you’ll work closely with our Italian Account Management team and contribute to ensuring our clients get the most out of Partoo. You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer success, sales strategy, and relationship management.

🔥 Your key missions

  • Support the management of a portfolio of ~500 Italian SMB clients
  • Assist with upselling and cross-selling initiatives to drive client growth
  • Help coordinate renewals and reduce churn
  • Contribute to onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth start with Partoo
  • Be part of regular client interactions — emails, calls, follow-ups
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and other teams to deliver a top-tier client experience

🤝 Who are we looking for?

  • Native in Italian and comfortable in English, French is a plus!
  • A great communicator, both written and verbal
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Organized, proactive, and client-focused
  • Interested in account management, customer success, or sales
