The Role
The successful candidate will report to a Senior Account Manager / Head of Investor Services to deliver industry leading products and services to our mutual fund, trust, partnership, and private equity clients.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
– Provide an excellent customer experience by adhering to Trident’s established core values: responsiveness, attention to detail, personalized service, and reliability
– Be responsible for a designated portfolio of clients and ensure service is delivered with distinction to achieve a high level of client and investor satisfaction
– Provide coaching and feedback to assistant account managers and administrators, both locally and in other offices, to promote an environment of support and growth
– Process and/or review investor capital activity and KYC, in line with fund documents, our policies and to Cayman Islands standards
– Prepare and/or review investor reporting, adhoc schedules, etc. to meet the client need
– Partner with the Account Manager in accounting to deliver knowledgeable and quality service
– Prepare and/or review wire payments with our clients’ banking providers
– Liaise with internal and external auditors to provide comfort, evidence controls or respond to queries
– Maintain relevant, up-to-date knowledge, along with a clear understanding and application of applicable legislation, processes, and policies
– Be able to offer suggestions to improve procedures and enhance the overall customer experience
– As required, and with direction from leadership
– Review frequently and maintain working knowledge of the provisions of AML regulations, the organization’s IT policy and GDPR policies relevant to handling the essential functions stated in this job description
– Ensure job assignments are completed in a timely manner
– Perform any related duties as assigned by senior account manager or department head
Skills and Experience
– A minimum of 3 years’ experience
– Experience working with market leading software, including Paxus, Allvue, Geneva or QuickBooks
– Experience working with Private Equity, Hedge Fund Master-Feeder and Fund of Funds clients
– Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing
– Ability to work to deadlines, independently and be organized
– Ability to maintain a professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude when dealing with clients and colleagues
– Confidence working with technologies and data, including Microsoft Excel
– Readiness to respond positively to instructions and procedures
– Ability to multitask and prioritise assignments
– Good problem-solving skills
– Demonstration of teamwork and adherence to the organization’s rules
