- Identify high potential accounts and set strategies for converting prospects.
- Identify, prioritise and contact prospects.
- Maintain CRM, complete relevant reporting, etc.
- Responsible for the delivery of monthly / quarterly / annual budgeted targets using effective sales techniques and the company’s sales procedures.
- Manage accounts against set targets, including mandatory sales activities quotas each month.
- Awareness of market conditions and trends including competitor activity and market relating to individual products
- Open and develop new trading accounts.
- Maintain appropriate level of product knowledge, including attendance at product training.
- Continually seek new market and product sales opportunities
- Liaise with appropriate BDMs to maximise sales opportunities.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on competitor’s activities in order to identify sales opportunities.
- Contribute to industry and company product development to maximise sales opportunities.
- Experience in dealing with new & existing customers including cold calling
- Able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Experience in using & navigating CRM systems and other tools.
