Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive sustained growth across the allergy and autoimmunity portfolios. Achieve sales and activity targets through effective planning, customer engagement, and implementation of territory strategies that support improved patient outcomes and business growth.
A Day in the Life:
Develop, maintain and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Deliver agreed company and individual performance metrics. Manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through to closure while focusing on customer retention, expansion, and growth. Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers across primary care, secondary care, and laboratories to support the development and improvement of patient pathways. Collaborate across internal teams to support territory success. Lead tender responses and manage negotiations, quotations, and contracts in accordance with company guidelines. Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain timely reporting of activities and opportunities within Salesforce. Monitor customer, market, and competitor trends and provide actionable recommendations. Contribute proactively to the annual AOP process and develop relationships with local key opinion leaders. Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and educational workshops while ensuring compliance with quality management systems and processes.

Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management in Salesforce (SFDC)
Analyze market, customer, and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support territory objectives
Build and maintain relationships with local key opinion leaders
Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at trade shows, exhibitions, and workshops
Travel throughout the assigned territory and attend domestic and international meetings as required
Ensure compliance with quality management systems and company processes
Keys to Success:
Education
BSc degree or higher in Biology, Clinical Biology, Immunology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline preferred
Equivalent experience will also be considered
Experience
Proven track record in sales, ideally within healthcare, diagnostics, or medical devices
Experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes
Experience leading tenders, negotiations, quotations, and contract management
Experience building relationships with healthcare professionals, laboratories, and key opinion leaders
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Strong understanding of healthcare systems, patient pathways, and laboratory processes
Excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Strong pipeline management and sales forecasting capabilities
Customer-focused approach with the ability to build trusted relationships
Highly organized with strong planning and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment
Strong data analysis and data-driven decision-making skills
High degree of flexibility and adaptability in a changing business environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce (SFDC)
Full clean driving licence
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
