What You Will Do:

  • Manage a group of customers to achieve designated sales target levels.
  •  Develop profitable business with new and existing customers.
  • Possess and apply detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client’s business. 
  • Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Will introduce new products/services to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients. 
  • Submit short and long-range sales plans and prepare sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets. 
  • Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients. 
  • Ensure that clients receive high quality customer service. 
  • Inform clients of new products and services as they are introduced. 
  • Migrate information to appropriate sales representative when clients have additional service needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or other relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience, preferably in the oilfield industry
  • Working knowledge of ESP sizing
  • Excellent customer relations skills including the ability to explain and train
  • Consistently demonstrate the following competencies: customer focus, time management, priority setting, problem solving, negotiation skills and decision quality
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present, persuade, and collaborate
  • Interact politely and professionally with customers and coworkers
  • Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively
  • Work in excess of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week, as required to meet business needs
  • Work under general supervision
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently

  • The employee is required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles.
  • The employee is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures.
