What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

About you:

You’re someone who enjoys building strong relationships and knows how to adapt your approach to different audiences, whether that’s customers, technical teams or senior decision-makers. You understand that great sales results come from listening, learning and continually improving your skills.

You’re curious, proactive and open to new ideas. You enjoy sharing knowledge, challenging the status quo and finding better ways of working. Most importantly, you put customers at the heart of everything you do, taking the time to understand their challenges and helping them find the right solution for their business.

Experience in hospitality, particularly within food and beverage operations, would be beneficial, as would an understanding of the systems that help venues run smoothly every day.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Manage the full sales cycle across your territory, including new site sales, upselling additional products and services, and growing existing customer accounts.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, working closely with Customer Success and other teams to help customers achieve the best outcomes for their business.

  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs, demonstrate solutions and clearly communicate the value of our products and services.

  • Identify new opportunities through marketing leads, customer engagement, networking events and proactive outreach, while maintaining accurate sales forecasts and account plans.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience working in a business-to-business sales or account management environment.

  • Confidence presenting and demonstrating software solutions both remotely and in person.

  • An understanding of hospitality technology and how operational systems support day-to-day venue management.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build trust with customers.
