Job Description
Responsible for meeting sales targets (orders & shipments) for assigned RA products and services within nominated accounts as well as leading business projects to achieve RA growth within nominated accounts.
KPI (Key Performance Indicator): Achievement of individual order/shipment target and number of new accounts developed.
Your Responsibilities:- Generate and develop relationships with new or dormant customers in assigned territories or industries.
- Develop comprehensive sales plans for new or dormant customers in the specific territory or industry.
- Undertake daily sales calls to new or dormant customers in specific territory or industry.
- Develop prospect list for sales opportunities.
- Maintain active funnel in order to satisfy sales targets.
- Qualify, follow up and close opportunities for assigned accounts or territories.
- Work with market access partners during the keep, find, close process.
- Coordinate and communicate cross-regional project information with sales teams in other geographies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent years of working experience can be considered.
- 3+ years relevant sales experience or equivalent training; automation industry experience is preferred.
- Strong skills in Sales Fundamentals (listening, analyzing, problem solving, lead qualifying, negotiating, persevering, closing), Prospecting & New Customer Development, Value-based selling, Customer-centric Selling and Territory Planning & Management.
- Intermediate level of expertise in Integrated Architecture, Standard Drives and Networks and a basic understanding of all our products (specifically, Motion Control, Drive Systems, Services and Solutions).
- Intermediate level of expertise in Industry Knowledge, OEM Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of OEM customers), Process Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of Process Solutions customers).
