Wolt is a Finnish technology company and until recently, we’ve been best known for our food delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favorite meals from our restaurant partners, and either pick their food up or have it delivered by our courier partners.
However, food delivery was just the start. We don’t want to just satisfy our customers’ hunger, but to deliver a wide variety of products and expand our platform to some cool retail shops, supermarkets, flowers, toys and other exciting products, all referred to as Retail.

Wolt was founded in 2014 and joined forces with DoorDash in 2022. DoorDash operates in 27 countries today, 23 of which are with the Wolt product and brand. Wolt has been growing rapidly in Greece ever since we entered the market in Athens in January 2019 and we've now expanded into 7 other cities as well. 

We work in small teams with high ownership, with each team focusing on a key area of the Wolt product stack. Each and every one of our product team members has a say in where we are going and what solutions we implement. We work with a passion, but we haven't forgotten how to have fun along the way!

Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning the overall partner relationships after they have been signed and onboarded to Wolt

  • Driving growth of Wolt and partners in your portfolio by improving venue performance through data driven consultation

  • Implement a scalable approach to service a portfolio of partners with a focus on improving main KPIs

  • Identifying the focus area in your portfolio and investing into high-potential partnerships

  • Establishing a good relationship with partners and doing quality and satisfaction checks 

  • Working closely together with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns together with retail partners

  • Getting your hands dirty: we’re developing a lot from scratch and you will help to bring structure in how we support our partners

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in account management, or advising clients on a B2B level is preferred.
  • Persistent - you do not give up and get energy from working in a target-driven role and achieving your goals. High ownership and ambition to go beyond the obvious.
  • Outgoing and excellent interpersonal skills. You adapt your tone to suit the audience and can clearly advise and communicate the value of campaigns and other initiatives. Moreover, you enjoy talking with people and being on calls most of your day.
  • Commercial flair with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Structured and detailed. You will be doing data quality checks, hence a good eye for detail is key.
  • Good time management skills - you will be working in a fast-paced environment with many competing priorities.
  • Experience working with CRM tools or data systems is preferred.
  • Fluent in Greek & able to work in English
