Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience in Account Management or B2B Sales.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with primary focus on clients in Bangkok.
- Strong negotiation skills with senior-level executives, including Managing Directors and CEOs of medium to large corporations.
- Proven experience in client management, revival sales, or solution selling.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Good English communication skills (TOEIC score at least 600 or equivalent).
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills — an excellent communicator, facilitator, and consensus builder, able to manage conflict and drive results.
As an Account Manager at SEEK, we are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to take ownership of reviving and growing key enterprise accounts within the Bangkok area. The role focuses on strengthening relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities within dormant accounts, and ensuring clients receive strategic recruitment solutions that drive long-term partnerships.
The team consists of 6-10 members and is part of the sales function focused on driving acquisition and supporting SMEs in Thailand. Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, the team embraces change, growth, and innovation. A can-do attitude, courage, and ambition are essential. This role reports directly to the Sales Manager.
