We are seeking a talented Account Manager to join our Energy Broking team at Marsh Indonesia. This role will be based in Indonesia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communications with designated accounts and help strengthen and grow client relationships. You will support account management activities end-to-end, collaborating with internal senior professionals to deliver high-quality service. You will also build your understanding of clients and the energy industry through research and benchmarking.
We will count on you to:
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned accounts, proactively managing communications and follow-ups
- Build knowledge of client operations and industry trends through account research and benchmarking analysis
- Oversee day-to-day servicing for designated accounts, including billing requests and gathering requirements to support quotations
- Manage coordination across stakeholders by maintaining project calendars, facilitating internal alignment, and organizing client meetings
- Identify and address service issues promptly, using sound judgment to resolve concerns and escalate when appropriate
- Maintain strong familiarity with Marsh’s service offerings to enhance client support and strengthen commercial capability
