Responsibilities:
  • Own a portfolio of merchants enrolled in FBT and act as their primary operational point of contact for the FBT program
  • Partner with merchants on inventory planning and product optimization to maximize FBT usage
  • Analyze merchant performance, identify growth opportunities, and execute improvement plans via monthly & quarterly business reviews
  • Collaborate with Operations, Logistics Quality, Product, and Tech to resolve issues and remove blockers
  • Surface insights and feedback to influence roadmap and seller experience

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in account management, e-commerce marketplace or supply chain & logistics
  • Strong Excel skills; comfortable with BI dashboards
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • BA/BS or equivalent industry experience
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice-to-Haves:
  • Marketplace experience (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay) and/or cross-border logistics (INCOTERMS, customs).
  • API/EDI integrations with WMS/OMS.
  • Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
