We're looking for an Account Manager with a strong digital background to join our team at Kaimera. This role will be based in the Havas Village in Melbourne (Richmond).

About the opportunity

We're looking for an Account Manager with experience skewed towards digital to join our Melbourne team.

This is a hybrid role that combines strong client leadership with digital media expertise. You'll be responsible for managing mid-senior client relationships, providing strategic guidance, ensuring high-quality campaign delivery, and helping clients achieve their business objectives.

While you'll have a solid understanding of digital media channels, platforms and performance marketing, the primary focus of this role is client servicing and strategic oversight. You'll work closely with our digital/platform teams to guide strategy, oversee campaign performance, translate complex digital concepts into clear client recommendations, and ensure exceptional outcomes for our clients. Hands-on platform experience is advantageous, but not the core focus of the role.

About You
  • Strong media agency experience, ideally in client-facing roles

  • Strong understanding of digital media channels, platforms, technologies and performance marketing principles.

  • Experience managing client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations

  • Confident analysing campaign performance and reporting on results

  • Strong commercial acumen and financial accountability

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven experience in leading, coaching or developing team teams

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.

  • A passion for digital media and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
