The Role
As an Account Manager, you will drive sales growth and expand our partner network in Denmark. You'll be responsible for developing sales across various business segments, with a primary focus on acquiring new business and managing top active partners. You will champion Axis solutions, spending at least 70% of your time in the field building relationships through partner meetings, site surveys, trainings, and events. This is an exciting opportunity to significantly impact sales and foster lasting partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing strategic partners and ensuring their sales teams are highly trained.
- Developing business plans for selected accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Supporting and leading partner training and events.
- Coaching partners on new tools and solutions to promote Axis's end-to-end offerings.
- Acting as an advisor in communications with end customers.
Your Future Team
You will report to Victoria Rosell, Territory Sales Manager for Denmark, Norway, and Finland. You'll collaborate with the entire Nordic sales organization, including Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and Technical Trainers, as well as the marketing team.
Who We're Looking For
We seek a self-driven, energetic team player with strong analytical and communication skills, experienced in B2B sales, negotiations, and customer contact. You should have a proven track record of sales and relationship building.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales experience.
- Advanced MS Office user.
- Fluent in English and Danish (written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive with strong prioritization and efficiency skills.
- Willingness to travel across Denmark.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with Salesforce.
