This role involves identifying new business opportunities, providing product expertise and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
This position requires a combination of commercial acumen, technical understanding and strong communication skills to drive sales and strengthen the company´s market position
Responsibilities and duties
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams
- You will further implement the pull-strategy by intensifying contact with vertical markets / installers / specifiers
- You will give trainings in stores and shops on our new products
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to on-board and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
- Develop customized solutions in collaboration with engineering partners and installation contractors.
- Prepare and manage proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
- Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Monitor and analyse customer's usage of our product
Education
Bachelor degree - commercial or technical background
Qualifications
You have a bachelor degree (or equivalent by experience) preferably with a technical background and experience in HVAC-business. You have good communicative skills, you know how to encourage people to sell your products and you are very customer minded.
You know MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
