How you will make a difference:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities with a consultative selling approach: from pro-active client nurturing of your assigned book of business.
  • Through a combination of regular QBRs and Discovery Due Diligence, Account and Engagement Planning use Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to map accounts, have the most relevant buyer map and generate new opportunities, focused on upsell, cross-sell, developing existing accounts in the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain a client profile, client mapping, client retention plan, proactively engaging with your accounts to understand their growth strategy and offer the best solutions for them.
  • Run client campaigns in collaboration with Marketing to generate pipeline and close deals.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with executives and key decision makers within your key accounts.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly account growth targets: pipeline creation and revenue from upsell, cross-sell.
  • Maintain an accurate forecast for clients growth potential.
  • Annual and quarterly client growth reviews
  • Working alongside client on any issues and leveraging the right internal departments to ensure items are resolved in a timely manner
  • Overseeing the initial setup and implementation of complex solutions and sophisticated programs
  • Build out client specific workflows to ensure a process alignment both internal and external
  • Collaborate with internal departments to answer questions throughout the process and report back to the client

What will make you stand out:

  • Solid work experience in account management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and growing accounts, with a strong focus on meeting revenue goals
  • Fluent in English and German (Written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage client relationships and track opportunities
