  • Manage high-volume communications with customers and creators, guiding strategy from creator sourcing and activation through content execution, affiliate enablement, optimization, and reporting.
  • Partner with customers to build scalable creator ecosystems by identifying high-performing creator segments, recruiting affiliate partners, and developing long-term creator growth strategies.
  • Build and deliver strategic presentations to stakeholders within your book of business, including business reviews, performance reports, growth plans, attribution insights, and creator marketing roadmaps.
  • Project manage creator and affiliate programs, ensuring operational excellence across campaign execution, creator onboarding, tracking implementation, promotional calendars, and performance optimization workflows.
  • Effectively manage contractual deliverables and customer expectations, including budget management, creator forecasting, performance pacing, KPI tracking, and ongoing stakeholder communication through recurring status meetings and strategic planning sessions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, creator, and marketer by sharing market trends, platform changes, creator economy insights, and product feedback with internal strategy, product, research, and design teams.
We're Looking for Someone Who Has:

    • Previous agency, SaaS, customer success, or account management experience preferred, with a proven ability to act as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • A growth-oriented, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex challenges, and drive measurable results.
