As an Account Manager, Creative Services, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain's growth and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player ready to roll up their sleeves and make our clients love them. Through ongoing relationships and referrals for new business, they flatter us by asking us to produce beautiful custom websites and full suite branding and marketing campaigns for their properties or corporate entities.
What you'll do...

  • Coordinate with the various stakeholders to schedule short and long-term projects- including digital and branding/traditional agency work
  • Effectively manage client expectations in regards to timelines, budgets, constraints, etc
  • Leverage project management software to plan and execute various types of projects, mostly digital (branding/traditional agency work might be included)
  • Liaise between clients and cross-departmental internal resources to clearly define each project's scope and ensure the company meets the agreed-upon objectives on time and on budget
  • Direct and coordinate project activities via the appropriate channels/systems to align project objectives, assignment of tasks, review/approval of completed work, etc
  • Regularly makes decisions and takes initiative on matters directly affecting client goals
  • Ensure all project information and content is gathered expeditiously, organized, and stored to facilitate effective throughput and according to company policy/standards
  • Ensure quality of work by proofreading, reviewing design, and testing technology prior to delivery to the client
  • Elegantly present concepts/designs/staging links while advocating for best practices, industry standards, UX and client's business goals
  • Manage ever-changing priorities, deadlines, and opportunities for a large volume of projects while paying strict attention to detail, design, and UX
  • Efficiently prepare project status reports and meeting agendas
  • Strive to build, maintain and improve agency-client relationships and overall client experience


Requirements
What you offer us...

  • 2+ years of increasingly responsible experience successfully managing multiple accounts and projects in an agency environment
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently manage ever-changing priorities and deadlines for a large volume of projects while paying strict attention to detail
  • Demonstrated aptitude for effective leadership of accounts and projects
  • Outstanding grasp of technology concepts and processes (including familiarity with programming, rest APIs and data systems)
  • Extensive experience with Content Management Systems and Project Management Software
  • Ability to understand and interpret both small and large technology initiatives in an ever-changing landscape
  • Demonstrable eye for design, UX and strategy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite is preferred

  • Salary Disclosure for Colorado: annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
