The Account Manager – Enterprise is responsible for managing and growing relationships with assigned strategic accounts to drive client satisfaction, retention, and business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of Entrata’s product suite and the ability to align solutions with client objectives. The Account Manager works cross-functionally with internal teams to identify opportunities for account expansion, resolve issues, and deliver a seamless client experience.
Duties/Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
Develop account plans outlining strategies for growth, retention, and upsell opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Implementation, and Support, to deliver high-quality client experiences.
Understand client business objectives, challenges, and operations to effectively position Entrata solutions.
Provide consultative guidance to clients on best practices, industry trends, and product utilization.
Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
Communicate product updates, new features, and relevant developments to client stakeholders.
Analyze account data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
