Account Manager Bordnetz (f/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Vertriebsverantwortung für unsere Kunden im Produktbereich „Elektrische Verteilsysteme/Ladekabel“

• Erstellung von Preis- und Kostenkalkulationen für Angebote und Verträge

• Abstimmung mit internen Teams von Aptiv zur Kostenoptimierung bei Änderungen

• Entwicklung von Geschäftsstrategien für ihren OEM-Kunden in Übereinstimmung mit den Wachstumszielen von Aptiv

• Tägliche Kostenverfolgung und -berichterstattung sowie Erstellung von Kennzahlen (KPIs)

• Pflege der Kundendatenbank im B2B-Kundenportal

• Implementierung und Unterstützung des Änderungsmanagementprozesses in internen Tools

• Unterstützung bei der Akquise neuer Projekte und zeitnahe Datenerfassung für Neu- und Bestandskunden

• Tägliche Kommunikation mit Kunden

• Zusammenarbeit und Führung interner Abteilungen wie Finanzen, Logistik und Projektmanagement zur Gewährleistung reibungsloser Abläufe

• Weitergabe von Kundenfeedback an Aptiv

• Abgleich von Preislisten mit Kundenbestellungen

• Reklamationsmanagement für spezifische Projekte

Ihr Hintergrund:

• Abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftliche Berufsausbildung, Hochschulabschluss von Vorteil

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Automobilindustrie, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Kabelbäume

• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten, hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung sowie teamorientierte und flexible Arbeitsweise

• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch

• Ausgeprägte Präsentationsfähigkeiten

• Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten und zur Teamarbeit

• Kenntnisse in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) und MS Teams
