Main duties and responsibilities

The holder of this position is responsible for:

  • Delivery of budgeted business targets
  • Delivery of account specific contractual obligations
  • Delivery of new business targets
  • Brick wall accounts against competitors
  • Ensure that all relative information regarding the market and the business trend, be transmitted to the organization in an updated, qualified and transparent way

  • Net Commission TFS generated by Hunting
  • Net Commission DCC
  • Hit Rate/Refund Ratio
  • Marketing Sales

Preferable skills and competencies

  • Very good Germany language skills
  • Good English language skills
  • Minimum 2-3 years of practical experience in managing business applications.
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix organization with teams distributed in different time zones
  • Experience in defining and implementing support processes.
  • Strong customer orientation and target driven
  • Good sales and presentation skills
  • Business acumen and commerciality
  • Good relationship and management
  • Ability to use creative solutions to solve problems
  • Negotiation and influencing

  • Good knowledge of MS Office products
