About the Team

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager who is passionate about driving customer satisfaction and fostering the growth of existing accounts. Our product is deeply integrated with our customers' operations and is critical to their business success. As such, you will be responsible for closely managing relationships, addressing challenges, and upselling our solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, complemented by an entrepreneurial mindset. While a background in telecommunications or IoT is not required, you should be tech-savvy and eager to explore the technical aspects of our offering.


About the Role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding all aspects of Key Accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analyses to understand customer requirements and uncover new business opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Collaborate with Product team of our partners to make sure our offering is converting.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to stakeholders within your customer base, emphasising their value and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements

About You

  • 3–5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the tech, telecoms, or related industries.
  • A strong track record in managing B2B customer relationships and growing share of wallet.
  • A keen interest in exploring the Digital ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A structured and organised approach to work, paired with a strong team spirit.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and Product Owners.
  • Experience in the iOS or Android App ecosystem is a plus
