Requirements
- 2 + years of experience in a similar role (Account Manager, HR Manager, Office Manager)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Capable of building positive relationships and rapport with team members and employees
- Proactive in addressing issues and ensuring smooth collaboration with all stakeholders
- A meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in work
- Willingness and capability to work with various documents and reports
- Excellent command of English
- Availability during the evening hours (at least 6 pm CET/or 9 pm GMT +4, sometimes later if issues arise) as part of the team in the US
Nice to have
- Experience with time-tracking tools
- Previous experience in an IT company

Responsibilities
- Onboarding/Offboarding assistance for employees
- Full support of the newcomers in getting credentials, access to resources, onboarding training, initial set-up
- Coordinating technical issues resolution
- Communication with the support team
- Monitoring and organizational storage of background checks for employees
- Working with documents and reports:
- Weekly timesheets
- Monthly reports for invoicing
- Maintaining databases up-to-date
- Analysis (on a monthly basis or upon request)
- Supporting with preparing presentations
- Participating in preparation activities
- Ad hoc requests from Account Executives or Account Managers
