Key Responsibilities
- Manage a warm portfolio of Aged Care and Self-Managed HCP provider partners, owning the full partnership lifecycle and championing long-term growth and impact.
- Drive meaningful engagement through regular check-ins and strategic reviews, aligning on performance goals, evolving needs, and future plans.
- Monitor key portfolio metrics such as client growth, conversion rates, referral activity, and account performance - translating insights into action.
- Proactively identify and escalate high-impact growth levers, risks, and blockers to senior stakeholders, helping shape strategic direction.
- Collaborate daily with the Coordinator & Organisation Specialist (COS) team to ensure seamless delivery - solving issues on the spot and amplifying what’s working.
- Stay on top of industry trends, sector changes, and funding structures (including MAC), tailoring your approach to each partner’s unique context.
- Build a deep understanding of partner goals and service models to unlock strategic opportunities and support long-term success.
- Share frontline insights with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to help evolve Mable’s offerings and better serve the sector.
- Support planning and projects led by the Relationship Manager and B2B leadership, contributing ideas and executional support.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and credibility in external meetings, partner forums, and industry conversations.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Demonstrated success in account management, B2B customer success, or client-facing partnership roles, ideally in fast-paced or high-impact environments.
- Skilled at managing multiple accounts and relationships simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to strategically prioritise.
- Confident interpreting data and metrics to assess account health, uncover insights, and take targeted, effective action.
- Proven collaborator with a track record of working cross-functionally across delivery, operations, and marketing teams to drive shared outcomes.
- Excellent communicator - both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong rapport, influence stakeholders, and present ideas clearly.
- Organised and self-motivated, capable of managing a dynamic and diverse portfolio while staying focused on outcomes.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for solving complex challenges with others.
- Experience in the Aged Care sector or with technology-driven service models is a plus, but not essential
